Manneken-Pis, its history and its costumes

The visit begins with the original statue on display at the Brussels City Museum! And yes, it’s a copy that acts as a fountain. Our guide tells you the incredible story of Manneken-Pis to better understand the importance of this urinating little boy figure. A stroll then takes you in the footsteps of several ancient fountains with, of course, a stop at the corner of rue de l’Etuve and rue du Chêne to discover rue de Manneken-Pis. Besides, is he dressed?
